Decree No. 140/2017/NĐ-CP on policies attracting public servants from excellent graduates and young scientists was issued on December 5, 2017. 

Decree 141/2017/ND-CP defines region based minimum wages applied for employees working labor contracts.

Under this Decree, from January 1, 2018, the region – based minimum wage levels applicable to laborers working under labor contracts shall be increased as follows: Region I: VND3,9800,000 per month, Region II: VND3,530,000 per month, Region III: VND3,090,000 per month and Region IV: 2,760,000 per month.

Decree No. 142/2017/ND-CP dated December 11, 2017, on sanctions of administrative violations in the maritime field was issued on December 11, 2017.

Decree No. 143/2017/NĐ-CP dated December 14, 2017 stipulates protection of maritime works in Viet Nam.

Decree No. 144/2017/NĐ-CP dated December 15, 2017 defines some articles of the Law on Legal Assistance.

Decree No. 146/2017/NĐ-CP amends and supplements some articles of Decree No. 100/2016/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2016 on elaboration and guidelines for some Articles of the Law on amendment of the Law on Value-added tax, the Law on special excise duty and the Law on Tax administration and Decree No. 12/2015/NĐ-CP dated February 12, 2015 detailing the implementation of the Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Tax Laws and amending and supplementing a number of articles of the decrees on taxes.

Decree No. 152/2017/NĐ-CP stipulates norms and quotas on use of working offices and non-business establishments.
